Looking at Series & Parallel Circuits!

This week we took at look at the differences between a series and parallel circuit.

When multiple loads are connected on one path and one of the loads (light bulbs) burns out the electrons can no longer flow on that path and so the whole circuit stops working.

When there are multiple loads on multiple paths, electrons can continue to flow to the other paths even if one of the bulbs is damaged.

After learning about the two types of circuits, our young scientists tried connecting a few of their own. The drew schematics of their circuits in their notebooks.
